While some clients may describe failed leaders as “poor fits,” our experience has been that often the absence of onboarding support is indeed the culprit. (“Poor fit” is a generic throwaway term often used after New Leader failure).

At Leader OnBoarding, we believe your clients likely do a pretty good job of selecting leaders who have the potential to “fit” and be successful in their new roles. However, hiring a great person isn't enough. We see the OnBoarding Consultant's role as the process of “wiring” the New Leader for high performance and longevity.
