Managing Partner, Practice Leader – Health Care
Linda Reese is the Managing Partner of Leader OnBoarding, a management consulting and coaching firm specializing in fostering the success of newly-placed executives. She has professional training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and uses a pragmatic approach in serving as an advisor to senior management.
Her pioneering approach to aligning Newly-placed Leaders includes the development of LevelSet: Early Feedback tool. LevelSet helps New Leaders develop greater role clarity and understand where they're hitting and missing the mark (doing so in a way that predicts leader success and providing information early enough that off-track Leaders can course-correct as needed). Another innovation, the Team Alignment Process, fosters rapid team building and alignment with an emphasis on knowledge transfer and open communication.
Since 1990, Linda has been a practicing coach and consultant, working with Leaders of over 40 companies in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors. Prior to this role, she served in corporate and operational leadership roles for a large retailer.
Linda holds a master's degree and PhD from the University of Illinois (Chicago campus), and is a member of the Executive Education faculty at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. She is certified in a number of assessment tools and consulting methodologies.
