She holds a Masters degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelors from Yale University in Organizational Behavior, Economics and Psychology. Serena also brings 20+ years of executive level corporate experience to her consulting work.
She specializes in supporting consumer products companies, retail, and advertising/marketing agencies. Serena has deep expertise building culture leadership in marketing, sales, product development, and operations.
