Leader OnBoarding Coaching Methodology certification *requirements
We require that all Leader OnBoarding (LOB) Coach Candidates have previous general coach certification from one of the following organizations:
- Coach Training Institute (CTI)
- International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approved certifications
- Hudson Institute of Coaching
