Founded in 1996 by Dr. Linda Reese, enhanced by Stephanie Henderson in 2001, Leader OnBoarding (LOB) has developed robust and proprietary, evidence-based, onboarding tools and methodologies. The ranks of LOB's expert coaches have increased with the addition Dr. Andrea Thomas and Dave Gettles in 2010, and more recently, Greg Bliss.
Each coach brings deep expertise in at least one market vertical, all have advanced degrees, and have served in various leadership capacities within corporations.
