Our External Consultant/Coach partners tend to work for boutique and medium-sized consulting/coaching firms. They typically have advanced degrees and significant leadership experience. They work with LOB to gain access to proven products and methodologies that our clients value.
They benefit from LOB's applied research, extensive experience and deep understanding of best practices in managing New Leader transitions. We remain available to our external consulting/coaching colleagues after the initial qualification process to support ongoing learning and effectiveness.
